The breakfast, brunch, and lunch eatery, located in Leicester, in Worcester County, specializes in American, French, and Italian comfort foods - with a twist.

The farm-to-fork establishment cooks everything from scratch - which means waiting a little longer for your meal to be prepared (20-25 minutes for breakfast, 45 minutes for dinner).

Menu standouts at the Twisted Fork include the Twisted Benedict, Bananas Foster French Toast, Irish Skillet, Lox Benedict, Apple Crisp, hot chocolate, muffins, and The Colossal Breakfast.

Like many people who have been to the Twisted Fork before, Yelp foodie Melissa V. of Worcester recommends the Irish Skillet, which comes with homemade corned beef hash.

“What a great little breakfast spot! We arrived about 9 am on a Saturday morning and they weren't very busy yet. Plenty of tables inside and outside available. We ordered our breakfasts and coffees. My partner got eggs, kielbasa, home fries and toast. I got the Irish eggs, Benedict. My partner and I both enjoyed our selections. I loved the homemade hash on my Benedict, the eggs were nice large eggs (cooked perfectly) and those home fries were amazing!!! Not many breakfast spots get home fries right. They also serve lunch, so we are planning on coming back to try that out sometime.”

Launched in January 2009 by then-chef Jay Powell, the bistro was purchased by bakers Erion and Esmeralda Callo in 2018. Powell went on to open JP’s Twisted Cochon BBQ in Auburn.

The Twisted Fork may look unassuming from outside, all tucked into a strip mall in Leicester’s Cherry Valley, but inside the kitchen there’s magic, said Yelp foodie Michelle D. of Middletown, New Jersey.

“On our way to Salem we decided to stop and grab some food. I liked the name of this place and the reviews were great, so we decided to try it out. It's located in a small strip mall in what I consider "the middle of nowhere". They have an inside area and three tables set up outside for dining. The set up was nice and looked clean. Our waitress was fantastic and quickly came to take our orders. I got the corned beef and poached eggs platter, which was really good and different than the normal breakfast menu you find elsewhere. My friend got the philly cheese steak omelette made with blue cheese, which was also fantastic. They also make their own homemade Italian bread. Def stopping here on my next trip to Salem.”
